Returns & Refunds
All products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.
We will only replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
To request a resolution, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
We do not require returns for defective items unless explicitly requested.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
