All items are produced on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–7 business days  
- International: 7–21 business days  

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.
