This store is operated by Fusi Media LLC ("FusiMedia"). By using this store and placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the full FusiMedia Terms of Service at https://fusimedia.com/terms, which apply to your order. If anything here conflicts with those Terms, the FusiMedia Terms of Service control.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are made to order. Colors, placement, cropping, scale, and texture may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Please see our Refund Policy for information about returns, defects, and claims.
Your Artwork and Your Content
FusiMedia products use artwork you selected or created, including AI-generated artwork.
Before ordering, please review your artwork, product, size, quantity, and shipping address. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved them for production.
You are responsible for the prompts, text, photos, and reference images you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use submitted content, including any copyrighted material, trademarks or logos, characters, artwork or photographs created by others, and the name or likeness of any real person.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract where you live and authorized to use the payment method you provide. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where permitted by law.
Ordering
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. The price and total displayed at checkout are the amounts you authorize when placing your order.
Intellectual Property
The FusiMedia name, branding, site design, and technology belong to Fusi Media LLC and may not be used without permission.
This does not claim ownership of artwork you generate for your own order.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FusiMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services and is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Where that is the case, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any lawsuit will be brought in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California.
This does not take away rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws or your right to bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
